As you all know chords can be played at different locations on the guitar. I have laid out for you A7b13 in 12 variations (of course there are some more possible variations).
A7b13 chord is built out of R-3-5-b7-b13(=>#5) (A-C#-E-G-F).
Special on this chord is that it has a perfect 5th and a sharp 5th at the same time.
Because of this it gets the name b13
The idea here is learn how to find the chords yourself without having to learn them all by heart. Learn the locations of the chord notes (triads & arpeggios) and play your chords wherever it is close to your current position on the neck.
