As you all know chords can be played at different locations on the guitar. I have laid out for you A6b9 in 12 variations (of course there are some more possible variations).
A6b9 chord is built out of R-3-5-6-b9(=>#5) (A-C#-E-F#-Bb).
See also the 7/#9 chords and see the similarity. Namely A 6/b9 and F# 7/#9 have the same notes.
The idea here is learn how to find the chords yourself without having to learn them all by heart. Learn the locations of the chord notes (triads & arpeggios) and play your chords wherever it is close to your current position on the neck.
